Grape variety

The selection of base wines is made among the different black grape varieties and depending on the vintage characteristics in order to obtain the best expression of the signature of the Maison Grandin.

Winemaking

Traditional method.
Ageing on laths of 9 months.

Tasting notes

Pearly pink colour.                                                        
A fine bouquet with aromas of small berry fruit.  
Round attack thanks to a discreet dosage. Subtle to the taste where one finds the presence of red fruit, with a certain vinosity finishing with silky notes.

Serving suggestions

Serve chilled between 6 and 8 °C.

Food and wine pairing

With all red fruits desserts as a strawberry cream cake or as a redcurrant pie.
